DIY PARTY BALLOON TAILS


I love seeing a good load of balloons, particularly ones with pretty tails. I feel like I’m constantly pinning them to my Pinterest Board of Party Inspiration, so thought it was time to make some myself.

This is one of those craft projects that so quick it gives you instant gratification and looks super sassy from the get go!

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bakers twine

  • Glue Gun

  • Card shapes/Letters

  • Scissors

  • Baking Paper

STEP ONE:

Use the Glue gun to Glue card shapes at random intervals along the twine.

Add letters too, you could even personalise them with names and dates etc!

STEP TWO:

To get sequins on your balloon tails. Take a sheet of baking paper, lay the twine down onto it covering it in glue. Sprinkle sequins onto the glue to ensure an even coverage.

Leave to dry then peel off of the baking sheet.

STEP THREE:

Tie to your balloons and enjoy! Don’t forget to not the balloon tailstoo heavy, that the balloon can not float freely!
