HOW TO MAKE LABELS FOR CANDLES WITH CRICUT JOY | CRICUT

This is an easy way to make stickers and labels with a handmade feel! The writable label vinyl is designed to work with the Cricut pen for beautiful results. I have added this onto a candle to give a handmade look to a plain candle, it looks so hipster now!

YOU WILL NEED:

-Cricut Smart Label Writable Vinyl

-Candle Votive

-Cricut Joy Purple pen

-Cricut Joy

STEP ONE:

Load image“Great outdoors division’ #M71A34B3 into a new Design Space canvas, then add a rectangle shape and a circle shape from the shapes library and line them up behind the image. Once centred, attach both the shape and the image together and resize to fit the candle blank you have.

STEP TWO:

Next Load the lilac pen into Cricut joy by removing the blade and closing the clamp to hold it in place. Load a sheet of writable label vinyl face up into the machine and start drawing.

STEP THREE:

Once the machine has finished drawing, load the blade back into the clamp and press go so that the machine can cut around the drawing it has just completed.

STEP FOUR:

Once complete, unload from the machine, peel the sticker off of the label paper sheet and apply to the candle using a scraper tool to ensure that there are no air bubbles.
