Create the cutest reindeer decoration for your tree. This DIY decoration uses an embroidery hoop and a couple of pieces of card to make an adorable reindeer face.
You could even make a collection of these to hang on the tree!
YOU WILL NEED:
-Cricut Joy, explore or maker
-3" Embroidery Hoop
-Pink and Red cardstock
-Glue Gun and Glue
Open up this design in Cricut Design Space. I created this design for a 3" embroidery hoop, so you'll need to resize it for a larger hoop.
Then head to make it and select medium cardstock as your material setting.
Load a sheet of card onto your mat and into the machine to cut. Cut out all of the pieces, then remove them from the mat. peel the mat away from the cardstock to stop the cardstock from curling.
Next, glue the face layer onto the embroidery hoop, then glue the ears and antlers into place. Then finish off with the final circle layer.
Turn the hoop over and glue the eyes into place.
To finish the decoration, thread a piece ribbon through the top of the embroidery hoop to create a loop.
