Please note that I head to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays after 10am. Any orders made between these times that will be taken over to the post office then.

Subscriptions to the Emma Jewell Crafts Box placed before the 1st of the month are always shipped on or before the 15th of the month.

Royal Mail advises the following shipping times:
1st Class- up to 5 days.
International Standard- up to 10 days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry babes, I’m here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item also needs to have the proof of purchase.
Please note we cannot accept returns of digital download products.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note that if you have paid by Paypal it can take a while for refunds to arrive in your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
